The nitrogen generator is matched by an air compressor, an air buffer tank, a freeze dryer, a filter group, a nitrogen generator, and a nitrogen buffer tank. The nitrogen generator is a device that uses air as a raw material and separates oxygen and nitrogen in the air to obtain nitrogen by a physical method.
Nitrogen generator boot check:
Check the air tightness of the equipment's pneumatic system. The air was punched to 0.8 MPa, and the soapy water was applied to the joints of the pipes to check for no leakage. The pressure drop after the pressure balance was not more than 0.03 MPa for 2 hours (the influence of molecular sieve adsorption and temperature change should be excluded).
Connect the power supply of the air compressor, the dryer, and the nitrogen generator. Check the electrical system of the equipment, whether the instrument system and wiring are loose or deviated; the display instrument and electrical control work are reliable, and have good safety. The casing must be reliably grounded.
Check and open the air buffer tank inlet valve to close the bypass valve that supplies compressed air to the system.
Nitrogen generator operation status check:
The general nitrogen generator can be analyzed according to the following six points. Whether the industrial nitrogen generator works well during the operation, if not, please consult the professional:
1. When the indicator of the right adsorption tower is on, the pressure of the right adsorption tower gradually rises to the high level of zui when the pressure is equalized, and the equilibrium pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually decreases to zero when the pressure is equalized.
2. When the indicator of the left adsorption tower is on, the pressure of the left adsorption tower is gradually increased to the high temperature by the equilibrium pressure during the pressure equalization, and the pressure of the right adsorption tower is gradually reduced to zero by the equilibrium pressure at the same time. When the pressure equalization indicator is on, the pressure drop of the left and right adsorption towers gradually rises to the balance of the two.
3. The power indicator light is on, and the left suction, equalization, and right suction indicator lights are cycled to indicate the nitrogen production process.
4. The nitrogen outlet pressure of the nitrogen generator is indicated as normal gas pressure. The pressure will fluctuate slightly when used, but the change should not be too large.
5. The nitrogen generator nitrogen meter should have a value not less than the rated purity of the nitrogen generator, and may have a slight fluctuation, but should not fluctuate too much.
6. The flowmeter indication should be basically stable, the fluctuation should not be too large, and the indication of the flowmeter should not be greater than the rated gas production of the nitrogen generator equipment.
